Over the past 14 years I've had the privilege of helping thousands of patients not only lose weight, but get healthy in the process. we use a revolutionary approach to weight loss. It is the culmination of years of testing, tweaking, refining, researching, and mastering a protocol that works.

This is NOT a one size fits all cookie cutter approach. This is the SOLUTION to weight loss struggles. I'm confident in saying this because I've seen first hand the lives that have been transformed. People getting off their cholesterol meds. People getting off their blood pressure meds. People sleeping better. People having more energy. People feeling less achy / inflamed.
How Spinal Decompression Works

Spinal discs do not get oxygen and fresh blood consistently. Decompression and motion can enhance healing by restoring the needed nutrients back into the discs. During therapy, you will go through phases of distraction and relaxation. Once the problem spinal disc is isolated it can be placed under pressure which creates a vacuum effect. The vacuum does two things. First, any portion of the disc that has herniated or protruded will return to where it should be. Second, the vacuum effect brings in a fresh blood supply which can promote healing.

Spinal decompression therapy typically takes one hour to perform. Patients usually have treatment five times a week for four to five weeks. Most patients find pain relief within a few sessions. However, to achieve maximum and long-lasting relief, commitment to the entire recommended treatment program is necessary. For those who are candidates and follow the recommended guidelines, spinal decompression has proven to be highly effective.

Before you opt for surgery, explore the possibility of spinal decompression therapy. Every person who is interested in spinal decompression therapy will be evaluated to see if he or she would make a good candidate.
What Makes Us Different

We treat you metabolically and neurologically!

You are on this website because you or someone you love is suffering from BACK PAIN.

I am here to tell you that……

#1: What makes my program unique?

#2: How I successfully treat chronic pain.

By using metabolic and neurological protocols.

I: Sensitivity Testing:

Here are some of the symptoms of these sensitivities:

Chronic pain or fatigue

Frequent indigestion

Bloated after eating

Frequent loose bowel movements

Mouth ulcers or sores

Vomit often

The only way to find out of you are suffering from any of these sensitivities is the run the test.

II. Complete Blood Panels

By using specific blood tests such as:

#1: A thyroid panel

#2: A complete metabolic panel (CMP)

#3: A lipid panel

#4: A CBC (complete blood chemistry with auto differential)

We can assess your thyroid, adrenal glands, liver, kidneys, red/white blood cells and gut function with the above lab tests. All can be affected with chronic health conditions. By addressing any problems with your thyroid, adrenal glands, blood chemistry, or gut function, we can help you to heal faster. The CMP also allows us to check your blood glucose levels since glucose and oxygen are needed by the brain to function properly.

Glucose values (12 hour fasting):

Normal: 85-99

Hypoglycemic: 84 or less

Insulin resistance/pre-diabetes: 100-126

Diabetes: 127 or higher

The 4 priorites are:

1) Anemia

2) Blood sugar/ASI

3) GI/liver

4) Fatty acid metabolism

III: Adrenal Stress Index (ASI) :

You can test the adrenal glands with a test called an Adrenal Stress Index. This is a salivary test much like DNA testing. The adrenal glands sit right above the kidneys and they are your “stress” organs meaning that they react to stress. If the patient has been or are currently under stress, this test is a must!

Your migraines could be caused by an auto immune condition. Your immune system could be attacking your nervous system. This is why the immune panels are so important.

There are two parts to the immune system, TH1 and TH2.

IL- 2 and TNF-alpha = TH1

TH1 is T-cells

IL-4 and IL-10 = TH2

TH2 is B-cells.

T and B Lymphocyte & Natural Killer Cell Panel IL-2 ,TNF-alpha, IL-4, IL-10

Natural Killer Cell Activity

You will want to determine if there is an active antigen or dysregulation.

Active antigens are parasites, bacteria, virus, mold, yeast, fungi, protozoan, foods, chemicals, and heavy metals.

The best indicator for an active antigen as the cause of the patient’s abnormal dominance is the “Helper/Suppresor” ratio on the T & B cell panel. (also called “CD4:CD8” ratio).

The closer to 2.5 the ratio is (or if above that), the more likely it is that you’re dealing with an antigen.

If the ratio is below 1.2, then you are most likely dealing with a dysregulation problem. This test is used to determine if the patient suffers from leaky gut syndrome (LGS).

V. Intestinal Permeability:

LGS or Leaky gut syndrome describes a condition of altered or damaged bowel lining, caused by antibiotics, toxins, poor diet, parasites or infection can lead to increased permeability of the gut wall to toxins, microbes, undigested food, waste or larger than normal macromolecules. It has been proposed that these substances affect the body directly, while others postulate an immune reaction to these substances.

Multiple different hormones are evaluated and quantified.

#1: Oxygen therapy: Oxygen is fuel for your brain and nervous system. Your brain and nervous system need two things to survive…..fuel and activation. Fuel comes in the form of OXYGEN AND GLUCOSE. By using oxygen, we will help you heal faster. By using exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT), we can increase firing to brain. By increasing firing of brain, we help MANY chronic conditions.

#2: Brain-Based Therapy (BBT):

Vibration Therapy: Vibration fires the back part of the brain called the cerebellum. One of the functions of the cerebellum is control of the spinal muscle.

We may also use auditory, visual, olfactory, and caloric stimulation to increase firing of brain.

Light therapy: We use the photon stimulator in our office, which is the best light therapy on the market.

Non-surgical Spinal Decompression: NSSD creates a negative disc pressure and helps to remove pressure off of the nerve. It also provides a slow stretch of the muscles which fires up the spinal cord to increase the firing of the brain.

Metronome therapy: a very specific therapy aimed at certain areas of your brain.

Once we have run the necessary tests to determine your specific condition, we can successfully treat you via proper neurological and all-natural nutritional protocols.

Ask yourself the following questions:

#1: How has your chronic pain affected your relationships, finances, family, or other activities?

#2: What has it cost you in time, money, happiness, sleep?

#3: Where do you picture yourself in the next one to five years if this problem is not taken care of soon?

#4: What is it worth to you if we could improve your condition?

Finally, share this information with a family member or friend.

Spinal Decompression Therapy – Help For Chronic Back Pain
By Jeremy Arteago

Spinal decompression therapy is a type of nonsurgical therapy that is also very noninvasive. It is used to treat severe and chronic back pain that is a result from different types of conditions. Some of these back pains are caused because of pressure that is exerted by an expanded spinal disc to the spinal nerves. They could also be a result of several arthritic issues. It turns out that there are many different health conditions that could be benefited from this type of treatment. By following this article you will learn of the different health conditions and how decompression treatment can be used.

Herniated disc

Of all the different types of conditions that spinal decompression therapy could help, a herniated disc is the most common. When the spinal disc is herniated, it exerts a lot of pressure on the spinal nerves; this health condition results in a lot of excruciating pain. The decompression treatment will relieve the pressure from the expanded or damaged disk and allows it to go back to its normal size.

Degenerative discs

Degenerative disc disease is another common condition that requires treatment. Vertebral bodies can be compressed when there is a loss of disc height. This is caused by spinal compression. When there is too much compression, the surrounding nerves can be constricted which leads to back pain. Spinal decompression therapy can help to alleviate the pressure on the degenerative discs, helping to alleviate the back.

Facet syndrome

Spinal decompression therapy is also used to help treat facet joint syndrome. The first two problems were due to a compressed disk and the decompression therapy had a higher chance of working. However, facet syndrome is not due to a compressed disk that has a higher chance of failure. Arthritic changes around the vertebral bones cause facet syndrome. Nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy can still be helpful and is often recommended because it will still give more space between the vertebral bones, which helps reduce the pain.

How does spinal decompression therapy work?

The first part of this process is by placing the patient over a computer-controlled spinal table, which is also known as spinal decompression machine. There are different modes of this therapy, and depending on what the physician finds on the MRI results, will help them choose the correct mode. The machine applies force to the affected area, and this is where the decompression occurs. This type of negative pressure that is exerted by the machine will help retract the expanded disk to its original size. It also helps reinforce the oxygen which helps regulate proper blood flow to the discs.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Megan's Story
Megan got food tested and reacted to chicken, broccoli, beans, apples, eggs, peanuts, cashews, etc. After removing the problematic foods that were spiking her inflammation, Megan lost 20lbs in 4 weeks!
This is my biggest pet peeve with other programs out there: Most weight loss programs are a "1 size fits all" cookie cutter approach. They give you a "generic" food list to follow.

But what if you are severely intolerant or had food sensitivities to chicken, broccoli, etc. like Megan did?

How successful do you think you'd be?

The research is clear! Food sensitivities spike inflammation, harm the digestive system, and put stress on your immune system! And the truth is, it's VERY hard to lose weight when you're inflamed and eating the wrong foods over and over again!

We take an OBJECTIVE look at exactly how you should be eating based on a simple blood test. We test roughly 100 foods (in our clinic) and provide you with an acceptable master food list based on what your lab work shows!

This isn't guess work! The reason we get such great results is that we dig deep and CUSTOMIZE your protocol!

A protocol that will improve your digestive function, immune function, and REDUCE overall systemic inflammation!

Take a look at a food test graph below! No two people react to foods the same!

What About Nutrients?
Another important aspect of what we do is that we test for nutrient deficiencies as well. Nutrient deficiencies are epidemic in the U.S. Everything from Vitamin D (lack of sunlight) to B-Vitamins (too much stress). In addition to testing how you react to foods, we also test to determine if you have any nutrient deficiencies.

Watch this now...

Did you know that roughly 40% of the U.S. is gluten intolerant?

We will let you know if you are via the food testing. However, if you ARE one of the 40% who is gluten intolerant, guess what happens? The gluten destroys your small intestine.
Quick Video On Nutrient Deficiencies
The gluten (i.e. GLUE) is like sandpaper coming through your digestive system and it carves off the villi in your small intestine!

Your small intestine is where you ABSORB MOST OF YOUR NUTRIENTS! Then, what happens is you become nutrient deficient. Research shows that it's the DEFICIENCIES that can lead to over 200 different conditions.

Digestive Challenges - Migraines - Chronic Fatigue - Autoimmune Conditions - Hormone Problems - ADHD - Infertility

ALL linking back to GLUTEN!
What About Cravings?
Cravings generally point to a nutrient deficiency. For example, if you crave SWEETS, this is typically a B-Vitamin deficiency. If you crave SALT, it's likely a Zinc deficiency. If you crave CHOCOLATE, it's likely Magnesium!

However, cravings also happen during dips in your blood sugar.

Remember, the Standard American Diet (SAD) is very processed, inflammatory, & toxic! Too much sugar and too many things to turn to sugar!

When you consume that sub sandwich for lunch...or pasta, etc...this spikes your blood sugar, and will be followed up by a crash because of the insulin surge! It's during the crash where you crave more carbs / sweets / SOMETHING to get you through the day!

Sound familiar?

But what happens to the excess carbs? Well, if you're not strenuously exercising daily to burn it off...it GETS STORED AS FAT!!

Tummy, hips, thighs, triceps, & face!

This is where your body abnormally stores fat!

So we need to shift you OUT of the standard way of doing things. Shift you away from the heavy carbs and we have the exact strategies and protocols to help achieve this!
